其实 一team人最重要的就是TEAM WORK

team work does't mean just 1 ppl to do all the job

is how a leader 2 allocate job to ppl and work together

and the most important is

As a committee you must report to your leader

once you done all the given job or maybe have something unexpected thing happened

tell your member and discuss with them

don't ever make own decision on something which is need to discuss with other

where your respectation to leader and other if you done all thing by your own

and never discuss with other?

okay....dont talk about a committee

as a friend you also must respect you friend wat?

being rude to them is very unforgiveable...

especially someone who help you alot...
